Why Sponsor?

Sponsoring the KACP Annual Conference gives your organization a direct opportunity to stand in front of the people who shape public safety priorities across Kentucky. Attendees include law enforcement executives and agency leaders who influence purchasing conversations, evaluate operational needs, guide technology adoption, and help determine the solutions their agencies will consider. For companies serving law enforcement, public safety, training, technology, equipment, wellness, or professional services, this conference provides a focused setting to build trust with the right audience.

KACP sponsorship goes beyond placing a logo on a program. Sponsors gain repeated opportunities to be seen, heard, and remembered through exhibit engagement, meals, receptions, speaking opportunities, branded materials, agenda recognition, and direct interaction with attendees. These touchpoints create a stronger path from visibility to conversation, from conversation to credibility, and from credibility to long-term relationship development.

By sponsoring KACP, your organization demonstrates that it is not only interested in reaching law enforcement leaders, but also committed to supporting their professional growth, operational effectiveness, and service to communities across the Commonwealth. Sponsorship is a practical way to elevate your brand, deepen agency relationships, and align your company with the continued advancement of Kentucky law enforcement.

Conference Sponsorship Levels

Bronze Sponsor – $2,500

The Bronze sponsorship is an effective entry point for organizations seeking meaningful visibility with Kentucky law enforcement leaders. This level includes two company representatives’ registration, one size determined by the venue exhibit booth, breakfast and lunch with conference attendees, access to the attendee registration list, and attendance at all conference activities for the registered sponsor representative included with the paid sponsorship. For example, a company launching a new public safety product could use the booth, conference activities, and attendee list to identify interested agencies and follow up after the conference.

Silver Sponsor – $5,000

The Silver sponsorship expands your presence by allowing up to two registered company representatives to engage attendees throughout the conference and attend all conference activities included with the paid sponsorship. Sponsors receive one size determined by the venue exhibit booth with electricity, breakfast and lunch with attendees, access to the attendee registration list, and company logo placement in meeting room presentations. For example, a technology or equipment provider could use this level to staff the booth more consistently, participate in conference activities, demonstrate a solution, and reinforce brand recognition each time attendees view conference presentations.

Gold Sponsor – $7,500

The Gold sponsorship is designed for organizations that want stronger visibility and a more active role in the conference experience. In addition to up to two registered representative registrations, a size determined by the venue booth with electricity, Tier 3 booth selection, meals with attendees, attendee list access, logo placement, swag bag inclusion, and attendance at all conference activities included with the paid sponsorship, Gold sponsors receive a 10-minute speaking opportunity during a plenary session. For example, a corporate partner could use this brief presentation to introduce a service, participate in conference activities, highlight a case study, or invite agencies to visit the booth for a more detailed discussion.

Diamond Sponsor – $10,000

The Diamond sponsorship provides an elevated platform for organizations seeking premium engagement and repeated exposure to decision-makers. This level includes up to three registered representative registrations, a size determined by the venue booth with electricity, Tier 2 booth selection, meals with attendees, attendee list access, logo placement, swag bag inclusion, placement of vendor-supplied materials on conference meeting room tables, attendance at all conference activities included with the paid sponsorship, and a 15-minute speaking opportunity during a conference meal. For example, a sponsor could combine table materials, conference activities, and a meal presentation to educate attendees on a key industry issue while directing interested agencies to the exhibit booth for follow-up conversations.

Platinum Sponsor – $15,000

The Platinum sponsorship delivers the highest level of visibility and leadership positioning available at the conference. This premier package includes up to four registered representative registrations, a size determined by the venue exhibit booth with electricity, Tier 1 booth selection, meals with attendees, attendee list access, attendance at all conference activities included with the paid sponsorship, logo placement in meeting room presentations and on the annual training event registration website, swag bag inclusion, table material placement, Platinum Sponsor recognition on conference marketing materials, and a keynote speaking opportunity of up to 30 minutes. An exclusive meal sponsor receives sole sponsor recognition for the selected meal or meal-related event; no other sponsor will be listed, announced, or recognized as a sponsor for that specific meal. Exclusive meal sponsorship requires the sponsor to pay the full venue-negotiated cost of the selected meal, with the final amount confirmed before the sponsorship agreement is finalized.

Partial meal sponsorships start at $2,000.00 per sponsor and may include multiple sponsors for the same meal. Both options include applicable meal sponsorship recognition, conference announcement, agenda recognition, and a presentation opportunity of up to 15 minutes during the sponsored meal or event. Examples of partial meal sponsorships include sharing sponsorship recognition for a Monday lunch, co-sponsoring a Tuesday breakfast with another vendor, contributing toward a Wednesday dinner sponsorship, or supporting a meal-related event at the $2,000.00 starting level.

Meal sponsor recognition methods may include conference announcements, agenda recognition, signage at the sponsored meal or event, sponsor name or logo placement where available, recognition during the meal, and a presentation opportunity of up to 15 minutes during the sponsored meal or event.
