Vendors - We invite you to attend the conference, and register for a booth(s).  This includes complimentary entry for you and your associates to all social events and our networking hospitality room.  We encourage you to attend all social events for networking opportunities with our Chiefs and their Command Staff.  

Please designate below the primary representative attending the conference who should receive all relevant conference information and materials, including booth information and exhibitor dates.  

In accordance with the exhibit regulations governing the rental of exhibit space, the submitter hereby applies for exhibit space at the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police (KACP) 2024 Conference in Bowling Green, Kentucky, August 4-8, 2024. We agree to abide by the  exhibit regulations. We understand that these regulations are incorporated into this contract when accepted and confirmed by the KACP 2024 Conference host agency.

The Hilton Garden Inn and the Courtyard by Marriott are our two hotels that are just a walk through the parking lots to the Convention Center.  Both are excellent places to stay and have given KACP a nightly rate of just $119.00.  These hotels will fill quickly so please make your reservations immediately by using the special pricing links below.
